Mt. Olive Shores North Amenities
MOSN is a gated community situated in Polk City, Florida, conveniently located between Tampa and Orlando, about 5 miles from I-4.
It consists of two distinct properties, known as MOSN 1 and MOSN 2.
MOSN 1 was the initial neighborhood developed before the addition of MOSN 2. Each neighborhood operates with its own board, while also sharing various amenities.
MOSN 1 Amenities
- A clubhouse that hosts a range of events throughout the year, including "Ini’s on Tuesdays," a pitch-in dinner followed by games like cards and dominoes.
- The clubhouse also facilitates other events and meetings, and features a pool table on the veranda.
- A boat ramp is available for launching small boats into the lake, plus a dock for the community pontoon boat.
- A screened-in pool and spa area is accessible for both residents and guests, often utilized for water aerobics and leisure activities.
